SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. 7:05 p.m. Public Hearing – 2012 Tax Levy and Budgets for All Funds. <br />1. Resolution 7866, Adopting the 2012 Tax Levy. <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer stated that the 2012 tax levy has no increase over 2011. He reviewed the <br />fund levies requested for 2012 and recommended adoption of the 2012 tax levy. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty opened the public hearing at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Hearing no public input, Mayor Flaherty closed the public hearing at 7:12 p.m.
