1. EXECUTIVE SESSION IS CALLED TO ORDER AT 8:46 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Acting Mayor Mueller, Council Members Stigney, Hull, and Gunn, and City
Administrator Ericson.

111 3. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.03, to consider strategies for
labor negotiations, including negotiation strategies or developments or
discussion and review of labor negotiations proposals, conducted pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Sections 179A.01 - 179A.025.
City Administrator reviewed, discussed, and updated the City Council on negotiations
with the Police Officers Union Contract for 2012-2013.
4. Acting Mayor Mueller adjourned the Executive Session.
