1. EXECUTIVE SESSION IS CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:05 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Flaherty, Council Members Hull, Mueller and Gunn, City Administrator Ericson,
and Economic Development Specialist Steinmetz.
Councilmember Stigney - Absent
• 3. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05, subdivision 3(c), to conduct a
closed session to review and consider strategies and to develop or consider offers or
counteroffers for the purchase or sale of an interest in real or personal property
located at 2832 County Road 10,Mounds View,Minnesota.
City Council and City Staff discussed strategies for the possible purchase of the "PAK"
building located at 2832 County Road 10.
4. Mayor Flaherty adjourned the Executive Session.
