1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Meehlhause called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Meehlhause, Vice President Clark, Commissioner Gunn,
Commissioner Lindstrom and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: Commissioner Smith.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Lindstrom. To Approve the February 10, 2025, Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. January 10, 2025, EDA Minutes.
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Clark. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
President Meehlhause adjourned the open meeting at 7:14 p.m.
6. EDA BUSINESS
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Lindstrom. To move into a closed session.

A. CLOSED SESSION – Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05,
subdivision 3(c) and 13.44, subdivision 3, to conduct a closed EDA meeting
concerning real property located at the address noted below, to consider
strategies and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the sale of such
property and to review confidential appraisal information for such property,
as follows:

MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Lindstrom to adjourn the closed meeting at 7:40 p.m. and move into
the open meeting.

Executive Director Zikmund stated there was nothing additional to report.
