MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Linke, Quick, Marty, Stigney, and Gunn <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson requested that Item 9Cbe removed from the agenda. <br />A. Monday, March 10, 2003 City Council Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Marty. To Approve the Monday, March 10, 2003 Agenda as <br />Amended. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Dennis Hammes of 5511 Quincy Street addressed Council and asked whether anyone had looked <br />into the administration violations for noise violations as he had asked last month. <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson agreed to look into the noise violations. <br />Mr. Hammes asked if the state patrol could help enforce the noise ordinance. <br />Council Member Quick asked Mr. Hammes to explain the issue. <br />Mr. Hammes indicated the noise from jake brakes on trucks and loud exhaust on cars and trucks <br />has been disrupting his sleep as the road is right outside his bedroom windows. <br />Council Member Quick asked what street has the issue. <br />
