1. MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: Linke, Quick, Marty, Stigney, and Gunn
3. COUNCIL BUSINESS
A. Discussion and Consideration of Candidates for the City
Administrator Position.

MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Marty. To Extend a Conditional Offer of Employment to
Mr. Kurt Ulrich Pending Satisfactory Background Checks and Successful Contract
Negotiation.
Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried.
The Council directed that the Police Department coordinate the criminal background
check and then asked Mr. Fulton to speak with Mr. Ulrich to ascertain his expectations
concerning compensation and benefits. The results of Mr. Fulton's inquiry would be
forwarded to the Mayor for Council consideration.

Next Council Meeting: Monday, June 23, 2003
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Council, Mayor Linke adjourned the meeting
at 8:12 p.m.
