MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Linke, Marty, Quick, Stigney, and Gunn <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Monday, November 8, 2004 City Council Agenda. <br />Director Ericson added Item 9E to the Consent Agenda, Set a Public Hearing for Monday, <br />• November 22, 2004 at 7:10 p.m. to Consider a Conditional Use Permit Request for a Fuel Station <br />at 2280 County Road. I. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Monday, November 8, 2004 Agenda as <br />amended. <br />Ayes -5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />William Werner, 2765 Sherwood Road, suggested a license fee for the Mermaid because of all of <br />the police calls that are made there. <br />Mayor Linke stated that the police department prefers that they are called regarding disturbances. <br />He stated the fees are not set arbitrarily, but are governed by the square footage and what they do <br />in a particular area. <br />Al Hull, 5357 St. Steven St., suggested that the golf course could perhaps make extra income in <br />the winter time with cross country skiing or Christmas tree sales. <br />John Macusic, 8465 Eastwood Road, stated that now that the billboards are going to be at the <br />golf course, the golf course will be making money.
