1. EXECUTIVE SESSION IS CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:41 p.n.
2. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Flaherty, Council Members Stigney, Hull, Mueller, and Gunn. Clerk-
Administrator Jim Ericson and City Attorney Scott Riggs.
3. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS UNION CONTRACT
NEGOTIATIONS AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT
PRIVILEGE/THREATENED LITIGATION
City Staff and the City Council reviewed and discussed the negotiation strategies
for all City Union Contracts, which are expiring on December 31, 2009.
In addition City Staff, City Council and the City Attorney discussed threatened
litigation against the City.
