1. EXECUTIVE SESSION IS CALLED TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Marty, Council Members Stigney, Flaherty, Hull and Mueller,
Assistant City Administrator Desaree Crane, and Sharon Klumpp of
Springsted.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO REVIEW APPLICATIONS FOR THE
CLERK/ADMINISTRATORPQSITION
Council Member Roger Stigney made a Motion at the Executive Session
to open the meeting to the public, and have the meeting televised.
Councilmember Stigney further stated the application review process for
the Clerk/Administrator has been open to the public in the past and we
should refer to each candidate as a number and not state their name in
public forum.
MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Marty. To Authorize the Executive Session
to be open and televised to the public.
Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried.
Mayor Marty, Council Members Stigney, Flaherty, Hull Mueller,
Assistant City Administrator Desaree Crane, and Sharon Klumpp of
Springsted proceeded into the City Council Chambers. This session was
televised and all seven candidates were discussed. Three candidates were
selected for interviews.
