Council Members Stigney, Flaherty, Hull and Mueller, Interim City
Administrator James Ericson, Police Chief Mike Sommer, Finance
Director Mark Beer, Public Works Director Greg Lee (arrived at 6:44pm)
and Assistant City Administrator Desaree Crane. Mayor Marty was
absent.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS THE CITY'S EMERGENCY
• MANAGEMENT PLAN
Mounds View Police Chief reviewed the City's Emergency Management
Plan procedures with the City Council and Staff.
