SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br />7. PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Citizens may speak to issues not on tonight's agenda. Before speaking, <br />please give your name and address for the minutes. Also, please limit your <br />comments to three minutes. As a reminder, public comment is for addressing <br />the Council only. Comments or concerns regarding Staff must be submitted <br />in writing to the Mayor or City Administrator. Failure to respect these <br />guidelines will result in me asking you to cease commenting and asking you <br />to return to your seat. That said, is there anyone here for public comment? <br />8. Resolution 10147, Authorizing the Purchase of One Dual Purpose Police <br />K9 and to Attend the TAC 21 Patrol Dog Certification Training to Replace <br />K9 Grizz <br />C. Resolution 10149, Authorizing the Purchase of (24) Police Issued Duty <br />9mm Handguns with Optics including Lights and Holsters to Replace the <br />current .40 Caliber Police Issued Duty Handguns <br />D. Resolution 10150 Approving the Preliminary Property Tax Levy for Fiscal <br />Year 2026 and Setting the Public Hearing Date <br />
