RESOLUTION NO. 10166 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWALS <br />FOR THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW FROM JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026 <br />WHEREAS, City of Mounds View Business Licenses shown in Exhibit A expire <br />December 31, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, these business licenses are approved by the City Council on an <br />annual basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received satisfactory reports from the appropriate City <br />and Ramsey County Departments, and the Mounds View Fire Inspector for the <br />businesses shown in Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the license renewals for the businesses shown in Exhibit A contingent <br />upon any outstanding issues being remedied and additional conditions added by the City <br />Council are adhered to. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these licenses will be effective from January 1 <br />to December 31, 2026. <br />Adopted this 10th day of November 2025. <br />strom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />(S EAL i <br />
