CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
LIQUOR LICENSES FROM JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026
WHEREAS, City of Mounds View's liquor licenses expire December 31, 2025; and
WHEREAS, City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, Staff has received, all pertinent application materials and fees from
those businesses shown in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, all submitted liquor license applications for 2026 meet the provisions
of the Mounds View City Code, Title XI Business Regulations, Chapter 110 Alcoholic
Beverages.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve Liquor License renewals for all businesses shown in Exhibit A contingent
upon compliance with all pertinent licensing requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licenses will be valid from January 1 to
December 31, 2026.
