CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 FOR THE SILVER VIEW STORM WATER POND PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 9996 on October 28, 2024, authorizing
ACM LLC to perform the Silver View Park Pond Project; and
WHEREAS, this project did not begin immediately because of delayed communication
from RCWD to the City regarding the outcome of the grant money; and
WHEREAS, Staff notified ACM LLC of the November 28, 2025 contract end; and
WHEREAS, ACM LLC submitted Change Order #2 on November 4, 2025, requesting that
the contract end date be extended from November 28, 2025, to February 15, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View,
Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. Accepts Change Order from ACM LLC for a new project close out date of February 15, 2026,
for the Silver View Park Storm Water Pond Project.
2. The Director of Public Works is authorized to make approvals related to contract
modifications during construction of the Project on behalf of the City Council as per the
Purchasing Policy.
3. The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized and directed
to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or convenient in order to
accomplish the intent of this Resolution.
