RESOLUTION NO. 10177 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A THREE-YEAR LABOR AGREEMENT WITH THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2028 <br />WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the Public Works <br />Collective Bargaining Unit expires at the end of 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Collective Bargaining Unit held a series of negotiating <br />sessions to ratify a new agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Collective Bargaining Unit reviewed and agreed to <br />certain revisions to the Labor Agreement as shown in the attached Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve a three-year Labor Agreement with the Public Works <br />Collective Bargaining Unit, effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2028. <br />Adopted this 24t" Day of November, 2025. <br />strom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle ikmun , City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
