RESOLUTION NO. 10185 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE AGREEMENT ADDENDUM <br />DATED DECEMBER 31, 2025 WITH MINUTE MAKER SECRETARIAL <br />WHEREAS, Minute Maker Secretarial (formerly Timesaver Off -Site Secretarial, <br />Inc.) has been taking minutes for City Council and Commission meetings since 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff are satisfied with the thoroughness and <br />accuracy of the minutes taken by Minute Maker Secretarial; and <br />WHEREAS, attached to this resolution is the addendum to the Recording <br />Secretary Service Agreement as Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />agrees to and accepts the terms of the Minute Maker Secretarial recording secretary <br />service agreement addendum dated December 31, 2025, as attached. <br />2026. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this agreement shall expire December 31, <br />Adopted this 9th day of December, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />(/,,- ow <br />Nyle ikm"e, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />
