NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Economic Development Authority of Mounds Views, Minnesota (the “EDA”) will hold a special meeting on January 20, 2026,
at 6:00 p.m., in the council chambers at Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds View, Minnesota for the following purposes:

noted below, to consider strategies and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the sale of such property and to review confidential appraisal information for such property,
as follows:
