I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Administrator of the City of
Mounds View, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and
complete copy thereof, insofar as the same relates to:
CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 10180 ENTITLED, "RESOLUTION OF

RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO CINDY PALM FOR HER
DISTINGUISHED SERVICE ON THE MOUNDS VIEW PARKS,
RECREATION AND FORESTRY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Cindy Palm has faithfully served on the Mounds View Parks, Recreation and
Forestry Commission since February 2005; and
WHEREAS, Cindy holds the distinction of being the longest -serving member of the
Commission, with an exemplary tenure spanning nearly 21 years; and
WHEREAS, throughout her service, Cindy has demonstrated unwavering dedication,
enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Mounds
View; and
WHEREAS, Cindy has consistently shown genuine concern for the well-being of the
community and has contributed meaningfully to the advancement of parks, recreation, and forestry
initiatives within the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, on behalf
of City staff and the residents of Mounds View, hereby extends its sincere gratitude and heartfelt
appreciation to Cindy Palm for her outstanding service and lasting contributions to the Parks,
Recreation and Forestry Commission.
