1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Meehlhause called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Meehlhause, Vice President Clark, Commissioner Gunn,
Commissioner Lindstrom, Commissioner Smith and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
President Meehlhause requested the agenda be amended to allow Assistant City Administrator
Beeman to speak to the EDA under reports.
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Lindstrom. To Approve the January 12, 2026, Agenda as amended.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. November 10, 2026, EDA Open and Closed Minutes.
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Gunn. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
A. Oath of Office.
None.
6. PUBLIC COMMENT

7. EDA BUSINESS
A. EDA Resolution 26-EDA-380, Electing and Appointing Officers to the Mounds
View Economic Development Authority (EDA).
Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the EDA elect and appoint officers to the EDA for
2026.
President Meehlhause reported the Acting Mayor has served as the President of the EDA. He asked
if Commissioner Gunn was willing to serve as the EDA President for 2026.
Commissioner Gunn stated she was willing to serve as the EDA President.
Commissioner Clark volunteered to serve as the Vice Chair of the EDA.
Commissioner Lindstrom volunteered to serve as the EDA Treasurer.
Commissioner Smith volunteered to serve as the Secretary of the EDA.
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Clark. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 26-EDA-
380, Electing and Appointing Officers to the Mounds View Economic Development Authority
(EDA) as discussed.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
8. REPORTS
Assistant City Administrator Beeman stated in February the EDA will be reviewing four
Resolutions that would address LAHA funding and two properties that were for sale. He noted the
EDA would also have to discuss the forgivable loan program.
9. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, January 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
10. ADJOURNMENT
President Meehlhause adjourned the meeting at 7:17 p.m.
