1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Gunn called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Gunn, Vice President Clark, Commissioner Lindstrom,
Commissioner Meehlhause, Commissioner Smith and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Clark. To Approve the January 20, 2026 Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. EDA BUSINESS
A. CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05,
subdivision 3(c) and 13.44, subdivision 3, to conduct a closed EDA meeting
concerning real property located at the address noted below; to consider
strategies and to develop or consider offers or counter offers for the sale of
such property and to review confidential appraisal information for such
property, as follows:
7861 Groveland Road
Mounds View, Minnesota
PIN: 06.30.23.34.0061
Executive Director Zikmund requested the EDA move into a closed session to discuss the property
at 7861 Groveland Road.
MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Lindstrom. To move into Closed Session pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05, subdivision 3(c) and 13.44, subdivision 3, to conduct a closed
EDA meeting concerning real property located at 7861 Groveland Road to consider strategies and

to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the sale of such property and to review
confidential appraisal information for such property.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
President Gunn recessed the Special EDA meeting at 6:03 p.m.
President Gunn reconvened the Special EDA meeting at 6:05 p.m.
B. OPEN SESSION (to follow immediately after the closed session, if necessary)
1. General Discussion/Issues regarding the above referenced property.
2. Other matters.
There were no other matters to discuss.
5. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Smith to adjourn the special meeting at 6:30 p.m.
