PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Citizens may speak to issues relating to economic development and not on the <br />agenda. Before speaking, please give your full name and address for the minutes. <br />Also, please limit your comments to three minutes. As a reminder, public comment is <br />for addressing the Economic Development Authority only. Comments or concerns <br />regarding staff must be submitted in writing to the Mayor or City Administrator. Failure <br />to respect these guidelines will result in the President asking you to cease commenting <br />and asking you to return to your seat.
