STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR
LUANN O'CONNELL, PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
WHEREAS, Luann O'Connell has resigned as Part Time Receptionist for the City
of Mounds View; her last day of employment was March 19, 2026; and
WHEREAS, Mounds View Personnel Policy 5.03 provides for payout of unused
vacation, sick and compensatory time; and
WHEREAS, Ms. O'Connell had an estimated balance of accrued and unused
vacation of 16.09 hours, compensatory time of 0.00 hours, and an estimated sick leave
balance of 1.47 hours which would payout at 50%; and
WHEREAS, Ms. O'Connell was being compensated at $27.75 per hour upon her
resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves separation compensation to Luann O'Connell consistent with Section 5.03 of
the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows:
