Tree <br /> planting, athletic field preparations, field permits, and athletic practices and games have all been <br /> delayed by the weather. It is expected that when the 60's and 70's temperatures arrive, there will <br /> be a sudden burst of activity and we'll be"on the run". <br /> The agenda is enclosed. There are no hot issues at the time of this writing.
