Woodcrest Park is a park that is difficult to maintain <br /> and groom because of the open storm water ditches and the high water table. Hopefully we will <br /> have time and the weather will be nice enough to visit both Random Park and Silver View Park. <br /> The compost facility at Ardan Park is almost completed at the time of this mailing. Light fixtures <br /> and new fencing needs to be installed yet as well as the landscaping which will probably be <br /> planted in the Fall. Programs and activities are "humming" and this is a busy week with program <br /> beginning, staff training and equipment and supply distribution. Mary has been on vacation and I <br /> am so thankful for Andy Singleton who has done an excellent job of preparing the July/August <br /> issue of the Newsletter.
