RESOLUTION APPROVING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR
SOPHIA KITTELSON, PART TIME COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)
WHEREAS, Sophia Kittelson has resigned as Part Time Community Service
Officer for the City of Mounds View; her last day of employment was May 13, 2026; and
WHEREAS, Mounds View Personnel Policy 5.03 provides for payout of unused
vacation, sick and compensatory time; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Kittelson had an estimated balance of accrued and unused
vacation of 5.03 hours, compensatory time of 0.00 hours, and is not eligible for sick leave
payout, as she worked less than two years; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Kittelson was being compensated at $29.96 per hour upon her
resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves separation compensation to Sophia Kittelson consistent with Section 5.03 of
the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows:
