RESOLUTION NO. 10258 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR POLICE OFFICER RILEY SOLZ <br />WHEREAS, Police Officer Riley Solz resigned from the City of Mounds View effective <br />June 4, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Labor Agreement between the City of Mounds View <br />and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, estimated unused <br />vacation of 141.38 hours will be deposited into the Retirement Health Savings Plan for Officer <br />Solz; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Labor Agreement between the City of Mounds View <br />and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, estimated unused comp <br />time of 60.00 hours will be deposited into the Retirement Health Savings Plan for Officer Solz; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual and the Labor <br />Agreement between the City of Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. <br />(LELS) Local No. 204, 50% of accrued sick leave hours will be deposited into the Retirement <br />Health Savings Plan.
