RESOLUTION NO 10268 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE STATUS CHANGE OF JONELLE HENRY FROM PART-TIME TO <br />FULL-TIME EFFECTIVE JUNE 8, 2026, AND BEGIN BENEFITS JULY 1, 2026 <br />WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation Part -Time Front Desk Lead Jonelle Henry <br />applied, interviewed, and received the Public Works Part -Time Office Assistant position, <br />which she began effective June 8, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Henry will be working both part-time positions of 20 hours each, <br />which will bring her status to full-time, making her eligible for City benefits effective July <br />1, 2026, and she will begin accumulating vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay based on <br />full-time scale effective June 8, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, both positions are Grade 2, and Ms. Henry will be paid at Step 5 for <br />the Office Assistant position, which is the same scale as the Front Desk Lead position: <br />2026 - Grade 2 <br />4% <br />1 3.75% <br />3.75% <br />3.75% <br />3.5% <br />3.25% <br />3% <br />2.75% <br />Ste 1 <br />Step 2 <br />Step 3 <br />Step 4 <br />Step 5 <br />Step 6 <br />Step 7 <br />Step 8 <br />Step 9 <br />$21.56 <br />$22.42 <br />1 $23.26 <br />$24.13 <br />$25.04 <br />$25.91 <br />$26.76 <br />$27.56 <br />$28.32 <br />And, <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Henry will adhere to a six-month probationary period in the Office <br />Assistant position, and advance to Step 6 effective January 1, 2027, based on Cost of <br />Living Adjustments (COLA). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approve the following effective retroactive to June 8, 2026: <br />• Approve the hire of Jonelle Henry to the position of Public Works Part -Time Office <br />Assistant in addition to her current role as Parks and Recreation Part -Time Front <br />Desk Lead. <br />• Change status of Ms. Henry from part-time to full-time effective June 8, 2026.. <br />• Ms. Henry will be eligible for full-time insurance benefits effective July 1, 2026. <br />• Ms. Henry will receive an increase in vacation (4.62 hours/payroll; advancing to <br />4.92 hours/payroll 1/1/2032), holiday and sick accruals to 100%. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this 22nd day of June, 2026. <br />Zach,XindsVom, Mayor <br />Nyle 4 uno, 'C min istrator <br />
