AUTHORIZING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR POLICE OFFICER
TERRAN PANTELIS
WHEREAS, Police Officer Terran Pantelis has resigned from the City of Mounds View
effective August 10, 2026; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23 of the Labor Agreement between the City of
Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, employees
leaving the City in good standing will contribute their eligible vacation and compensatory hours
to the Retirement Health Savings Plan; and
WHEREAS, Officer Pantelis' balance of accrued and unused vacation is estimated at
18.48 hours and compensation balance is 0.00 hours; and
WHEREAS, Officer Pantelis did not accrue two (2) years of service with the City of
Mounds View, waving the ability to receive sick hours; and
WHEREAS, the rate of pay for Officer Pantelis upon resignation was $38.24 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves
separation compensation to Police Officer Pantelis consistent with the Labor Agreement
between the City of Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local
No. 204, and Section 5.03 of the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows:
