1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Gunn called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Gunn, Vice President Clark, Commissioner Meehlhause,
Commissioner Smith and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: Commissioner Lindstrom.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Clark/Meehlhause. To Approve the August 10, 2026, Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. April 13, 2026, EDA Minutes.
MOTION/SECOND: Lindstrom/Clark. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
None.
6. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
7. EDA BUSINESS
A. EDA Resolution 26-EDA-387, Approving the Preliminary EDA Property Tax
Mounds View EDA August 10, 2026

Levy Request for Fiscal Year 2027
Finance Director Byrne requested the EDA approve the preliminary EDA property tax levy request
for 2027. He reported the levy was unchanged from the previous year and would remain $160,000.
MOTION/SECOND: Clark/Meehlhause. To Waive the Reading and Adopt EDA Resolution 26-
EDA-387, Approving the Preliminary EDA Property Tax Levy Request for Fiscal Year 2027.
Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried.

9. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, August 24, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
10. ADJOURNMENT
President Gunn adjourned the meeting at 7:29 p.m.
