Home My WebLink AboutResolution 10307 - 2026/09/28RESOLUTION NO. 10307 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION APPROVING RESTAURANT AND ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSES FOR NOVILLO ALEGRE LLC AT THEIR NEW LOCATION IN MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE, 2565 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD WHEREAS, on February 9, 2026, the Mounds View City Council approved Resolution 10209 granting an on -sale intoxicating liquor license, including Sunday sales and outdoor consumption, and a Class A restaurant license to El Novillo Alegre LLC, located at 2535 Mounds View Boulevard; and WHEREAS, El Novillo Alegre LLC has notified the City of Mounds View of its intent to relocate its business operations to a new location within the City; and WHEREAS, a liquor license is issued for a specific address and any change in premises requires City Council approval; and WHEREAS, El Novillo Alegre LLC has submitted updated application materials identifying the new premises and has provided all required documentation and supporting materials associated with the change of location; and WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the updated submittals and conducted all required inquiries and inspections related to the new premises; and WHEREAS, the updated request appears to comply with all applicable provisions of Chapters 110 and 111 of the Mounds View City Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Mounds View City Council approves restaurant and on -sale liquor licenses for El Novillo Alegre LLC, dba El Nuevo 7 Mares, for their new location at 2565 Mounds View Drive effective upon completion of all required inspections and approvals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other conditions, requirements, expiration dates, and obligations established in Resolution 10209 remain in full force and effect. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that El Novillo Alegre LLC shall continue to comply with all applicable provisions of the Mounds View City Code while operating within the City of Mounds View.
