Resolution 14-020; Accepting a Donation from the St. Anthony Sports Boosters for Maintenance of St. <br />Anthony Fields. <br />IV. Public Hearing. <br />A. Resolution 14-021; a Resolution Ordering Improvements for the 2014 Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project. Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates will be presenting. <br />B. Resolution 14-022; a Resolution Adopting and Confirming Assessments for the 2014 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project. Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates will be presenting. <br />V. Reports from Commission and Staff. None. <br />VI. General Business of Council. <br />A. Resolution 14-023; a Resolution Awarding a Bid for the 2014 Street & Utility Improvement Project. Stacie Kvilvang, Ehlers & Associates will be presenting. <br />C. Resolution 14-025; 2014 Street Improvement Bond Reimbursement. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their <br />name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the <br />City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for o future report or direct the matter to <br />be scheduled on on upcoming agenda. <br />IX.
