CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 23, 2010 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Faust; Councihnembers Gray, Jenson, and Roth. <br />16 Absent: Councilmember Stille. <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson and Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates. <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />21 ITEMS. <br />22 <br />23 I. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 23, 2010 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />24 <br />25 Mayor Faust indicated that Agenda Item VI.B has been removed from the agenda. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />28 Council Meeting Agenda of November 23, 2010 as amended with Agenda Item VI.B removed <br />29 from the agenda. <br />30 <br />31 Motion carried unanimously. <br />32 <br />33 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />34 <br />35 Santa Claus addressed the City Council and announced that the St. Anthony Lions Club will be <br />36 at the Community Center on Saturday, December 4th, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to greet children <br />37 and serve cocoa and cookies. The Lions Club will be collecting food and donations for the <br />38 Northeast Minneapolis Food Shelf. <br />39 <br />40 II1. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />41 <br />42 A. Consider November 9, 2010 Council meeting minutes; <br />43 B. Consider licenses and permits; and <br />44 C. Consider payment of claims. <br />45 <br />46 Commissioner Jenson requested the following correction to the November 9, 2010 Council <br />47 meeting minutes: <br />48 Page 4, line 38: "...He also reported on his attendance at the Community Services Board <br />49 Meeting on November 4. 2010." <br />
