Consider licenses and permits; 36 <br />C. Consider payment of claims; 37 <br />D. Consider Resolution 12-020; Approving an Amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement 38 <br />between the City of St. Anthony and Ramsey County for the Use of Yard Waste 39 <br />Management Site using the City’s Allocation of SCORE Funds for the Period of January 40 <br />1, 2012, through December 31, 2017; and 41 <br />E.
