He added Ms. Jacqueline ("Jack") Corkle <br />will have office hours at City Hall on Tuesday afternoons but is available anytime. <br />Councilmember Gray reported on his attendance at the April 23'd City Council worksession. He <br />also reported on his attendance at the April 191h annual Chamber of Commerce meeting. He <br />congratulated Chris Gulachek who was named 2012 Villager of the Year and Jean Rarick of <br />Almona Gourmet who was named Outstanding Bu s iness of the Year. <br />Mayor Faust reported on his attendance at the following: <br />• April 23,d City Council worksession. <br />• April 19 1h annual Chamber of Commerce meeting. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none , Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda . <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />Mayor Faust stated he was recently contacted by the City of St. Anthony, Idaho, to see if the City <br />was interested in some sort of city-to-city relationship. He indicated this city's first mayor lived <br />in St. Anthony, Minnesota, before moving to Idaho and prevailing wisdom is that is the reason <br />he sponsored the name of St. Anthony . He stated that St. Anthony, Idaho , is having a 120-year <br />celebration next year and he will get further information. He stated he was asked to speak on <br />May 3,d to welcome the Finnish Ambassador to the United States. He added that he learned the <br />City'S Proclamation recognizing Sauli NiinistO as the new Finnish President was sent to Mr. <br />NiinistO and Mr. NiinistO remembers his visit to the City in 1992. <br />X.
