APPROVAL OF MAY 8, 2012, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Counci lm ember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of May 8, 2012. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Proclamation for National Police Week, May 13-19,2012. <br />Counci lmember Gray recited the Proclamation to Recognize National Police Week. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the <br />Proclamation to Recognize National Police Week 2012 and to Honor the Service and Sacrifice of <br />those Law Enforcement Officers Killed in the Line of Duty while Protecting our Commun ities <br />and Safeguarding our Democracy. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />46 III. <br />47 <br />CONSENT AGENDA. <br />48 <br />49 <br />A.
