COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />None. <br />X.
