ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />114*1971liy0RILI&E,Ell*] <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR POLICE <br />SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS FOR THE PERIOD OF 2015 <br />THROUGH 2019 AND AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village and the City of Falcon Heights originated a <br />contractual agreement whereby the City of St. Anthony Village agreed to <br />provide police services to the City of Falcon Heights for the period 2007 <br />through 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Falcon Heights negotiated and renewed the <br />contractual agreement for police services for the period of 2010 through <br />2013; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Falcon Heights negotiated and renewed the <br />contractual agreement for police services for the year 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights desires to continue the contract for Police <br />Services with the City of St. Anthony Village and a new long term contract <br />has been negotiated for the period of 2014 through 2019. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the contract agreement for police services with the City of <br />Falcon Heights for the period of 2015 through 2019 and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Manager to execute said agreement. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of L 1X 2014 <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J.
