CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-054 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR POLICE <br />SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE FOR THE PERIOD OF 2015 <br />THROUGH 2019 AND AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village (St. Anthony) and the City of Lauderdale <br />(Lauderdale) originated a contractual agreement whereby the City of St. <br />Anthony Village agreed to provide police services to the City of <br />Lauderdale for the period 2007 through 2009; and <br />WHEREAS St. Anthony and Lauderdale negotiated and renewed the contractual <br />agreement for police services for the period of 2010 through 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Anthony and Lauderdale negotiated and renewed the contractual <br />agreement for police services for the year 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lauderdale desires to continue the contract for Police Services <br />with the City of St. Anthony Village and a new long term contract has <br />been negotiated for the period of 2014 through 2019. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby approves the contract agreement for police services with the City of <br />Lauderdale for the period of 2015 through 2019 and authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Manager to execute said agreement. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of July, 2014 <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J.
