CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-002 <br />A RESOLUTION SPECIFYING PERSONS AUTHORIZED <br />TO MAKE CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS REGARDING <br />CITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby specifies: <br />Mayor (Jerry Faust) <br />City Manager (Mark Casey) <br />Finance Director (Michele Rueckert) <br />to make approved transfers and deposits and approved transactions of City funds in the <br />various City accounts and that their names are to appear on signature cards at various <br />financial institutions approved by the City. <br />Adopted this 8", day of January, 2013. <br />Jerome O.
