CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-018 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY'S <br />2013 PAY EQUITY IMPLEMENTATION REPORT <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Department of Management and Budget is <br />statutorily authorized to require Minnesota Cities to submit a Pay Equity <br />Implementation Report every three (3) years; and <br />WHEREAS, this pay equity report is required by State statutes 471.991 to 471.999 to <br />prove compliance with the States Local Government Pay Equity Act; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has compiled and reported salaries, health benefits and job <br />evaluation systems as of December 31, 2012 as required for the Pay <br />Equity Implementation Report; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has posted in accordance with Minnesota statutes an official notice <br />in the City Hall Lunch Room and at the St. Anthony branch of the <br />Hennepin County Library that the City has submitted its Pay Equity <br />Implementation Report to the Minnesota Department of Management <br />and Budget; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has mailed via US Postal Service a copy of the official notice of the <br />City's submission of the Pay Equity Implementation Report to all union <br />representatives in this jurisdiction; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony has complied with <br />the statutory requirements of 471.991 to 471.999, Local Government Pay Equity <br />Act, to complete and submit its 2013 Pay Equity Implementation Report (for the <br />2012 calendar year) to the Department of Management and Budget; and <br />BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the City has also complied with the notification <br />requirements of Local Government Pay Equity Act. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of January, 2013 <br />Jerome O Faust, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J Suciu,C4iy Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mark Casey, City 1 anger <br />
