CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-023 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE CAPITAL PROJECT <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE AND THE <br />MISSISSIPPI WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />(MWMO Agreement #204-12-01) <br />WHEREAS, The Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) has approved the City of <br />St. Anthony to receive funding to implement a stormwater treatment system project within <br />the boundaries of the MWMO; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony is eligible to obtain MWMO funds in the amount of $1,209,000 to <br />accelerate implementation of the MWMO Plan, Goals, and Policies; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village: <br />1) the City of St. Anthony Village hereby commits to design, construction and operate the stormwater <br />improvements set forth in the agreement; and <br />2) the City Council agrees to accept and approve the Grant Agreement between the City of St. Anthony <br />Village and the MWMO; and <br />3) the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute said Agreement <br />for and on behalf of the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of January 2013. <br />rome O.
