ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-027 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE 2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 22'd day of January 2013, fixed a date for <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />2013 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br />This project consists of improvements by reconstruction or new construction of: <br />1. Street and Utility Reconstruction <br />• Edward Street from 35'h Avenue NE to 35h Avenue NE <br />• 36'h Avenue NE from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was <br />given and the hearing was held thereon on the 26h day of February 2013, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution. <br />Adopted this 26h day of February, 2013. <br />Randy t' e, ayor o Tem <br />Reviewed for administration: IVW I co <br />Mark Casey, City Mi6ager <br />
