<br />RESOLUTION 13-029
<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID
<br />FOR THE 2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the
<br />above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
<br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Kuechle Underground, Inc. of Kimball, MN is the lowest responsible bidder,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
<br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br />with Kuechle Underground, Inc. in the amount of $1,311,446.62 in the name of the City
<br />of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced
<br />project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City
<br />Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
<br />2. The Engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return
<br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
<br />successful bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has
<br />been signed.
<br />Adopted this 26`" day of February, 2013.
