CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 13-032 <br />A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE PENSION BENEFIT FOR THE <br />ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE FIREFIGHTERS RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village is authorized by law to provide fire <br />protection for all of the property in said, St. Anthony Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village will contribute $6,000 for 2013 to the St. <br />Anthony Village Firefighters Relief Association; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village Firefighter Relief Association recommends <br />no increase to the $2,800 pension benefits contribution for 2013. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony Village City Council <br />ratifies the 2013 Pension Benefit level of $2,800 for the St. Anthony Village Firefighters <br />Relief Association. <br />Adopted this 12�h day of March, 2013.
