CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-036 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE RAMSEY <br />COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY MULTI -JURISDICTION MUTUAL AID <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department has been participating in the Ramsey County <br />Law Enforcement Agency Multi -Jurisdiction mutual aid agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, this multi -jurisdiction mutual aid agreement allows all parties to be prepared to <br />adequately address, fire, flood, natural disaster, civil disturbances, or any other <br />emergency that may occur within the jurisdictions of the parties; and <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department desires to continue participating in the <br />Ramsey County Law Enforcement Agency Multi -Jurisdiction mutual aid <br />agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Anthony, Minnesota <br />approves the continued participation in the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Agency Multi - <br />Jurisdiction Mutual Aid Agreement for the St. Anthony Police Department. <br />Passed and Adopted by the Council on this 27th day of May, 2014 <br />'Jerome O.
