CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-041 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON <br />MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2014 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has requested a special meeting on June 30, 2014; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the special meeting is to award the sale of General <br />Obligation Tax Increment Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2014B, <br />General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2014C and to receive the <br />Organized Collection Proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with state statute these will be the only business items <br />transacted during the special meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br />Anthony calls for a Special City Council meeting on Monday, June 30, 2014. <br />Adopted this 10th day of une 2014. <br />Jerome O.
