CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 14-044 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE SIGN <br />RETROREFLECTIVITY POLICY <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MN <br />MUTCD) has established minimum sign retroreflectivity <br />requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, substantial conformance with the MN MUTCD is achieved by <br />having a method in place to maintain minimum retroreflectivity <br />levels; and <br />WHEREAS, by adopting the Sign Retroreflectivity Policy will improve public <br />safety on the city's streets and road and prioritize the city's limited <br />resources to replace signs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br />Anthony adopted the St. Anthony Village Sign Retroreflectivity Policy. <br />Adopted this 10�h day of June, 2014. <br />erome O.
