C= TY (DE' S T_ ANTHONY <br />C= TY C O UN C= L M llN UT E S <br />NOVEMB E R 22, a-988 <br />1 The meeting was called to order at 7:32 P.M. with the Pledge of <br />2 Allegiance led by Mayor Sundland. <br />3 ROLL CALL <br />4 Present for roll call: Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, Makowske. <br />5 Also present: David Childs, City Manager <br />6 Sue VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager <br />7 William Soth, City Attorney <br />8 NOVEMBER 8 1988 COUNCIL MINUTES <br />9 Motion by Makowske, seconded by Sundland to approve with the following <br />changes: <br />11 Page 1, line 17: Substitute "or" for "of". <br />12 Page 3, line 12: Substitute "Chain" for "changed". <br />13 Page 6, line 39: Substitute "work with" for "replace". <br />14 Page 6, line 44: Substitute "St. Anthony" for "City". <br />15 Page 6, line 46: Substitute "he" for "the". <br />16 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />17 There was general concurrence that copies of the Salvation Army's Master <br />18 Plan for Silver Lake Camp should be sent as a courtesy to the City of <br />19 New Brighton. <br />20 LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br />21 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to grant the following licenses as <br />22 listed in the November 22, 1988 Council agenda packet: <br />23 Heatina• <br />24 Riccar Heating, Andover, MN <br />25 Thrane Inc., Minneapolis, MN <br />
