2 Multiple Housinq Registration <br />3 Sheldon Mortenson, 3713-3800 Foss Road <br />4 Walker Senior Housing, 2626 Kenzie Terrace <br />5 Frances Sandberg, 3820 Macalaster Drive <br />6 Sentinel Management, Equinox Apartments <br />7 Motion carried unanimously. <br />8 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth to grant a temporary 3.2 beer <br />9 permit to Marilyn Lubrecht, 3324 Skycroft Circle, for the family <br />10 picnic to be held in Central Park, June 12th. <br />11 Voting on the motion: <br />12 Aye: Ranallo, Enrooth, Sundland, Makowske. <br />13 Nay: Marks. <br />14 Motion carried. <br />15 CLAIMS <br />16 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Marks to approve payment of all City <br />17 accounts payable listed for April 30th and liquor accounts payable <br />.8 listed for May 16th in the May 24th Council agenda packet as well as <br />19 the City accounts payable contained in the May 24th listing dis- <br />20 tributed by the City Manager. <br />21 Motion carried unanimously. <br />22 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve payment of $2,200.00 <br />23 to the Hance and LeVahn law firm for legal services rendered for the <br />24 month of May, 1988, relative to St. Anthony prosecutions. <br />25 Motion carried unanimously. <br />26 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve the following <br />27 payments to Rieke -Carroll -Muller Associates: <br />28 *$9,744.54 for engineering services rendered from March 27 <br />29 through April 30, 1988 relative to the temporary water treatment <br />30 facility; <br />31 *$400.00 for engineering services through April 30, 1988 relative <br />32 to the traffic signals on Kenzie Terrace; <br />33 *$3,750.69 for the balance of payments due for the draft of the <br />34 storm sewer study completed and submitted May 3, 1988. <br />35 Motion carried unanimousl <br />FA <br />
