Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unl ess a Councilmember or citizen so <br />requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. <br /> <br />A. Approval of January 8, 2013, Council Meeting Minutes. <br />B. Licenses and Permits. <br />C. Claims. <br />D. Resolution 13-017; a Resolution Accepting Donations and Grants for the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />E. Resolution 13-018; a Resolution Approving the City of St. Anthony’s 2013 Pay Equity Implementation <br />Report. <br />F. Resolution 13-019; a Resolution Accepting a Grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br />(FEMA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for the St. Anthony Fire Department. <br /> <br />IV. Public Hearing. None. <br />V. Reports from Commission and Staff. None. <br /> <br />VI. General Business of Council. <br />A. Sustainability Workshops Recap presentation. Resolution 13-020; Calling a Hearing for the 2013 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />D. Resolution 13-021; Declaring the Costs to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of the Proposed <br />Assessments for the 2013 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />E. Resolution 13-022; Calling a Hearing on Proposed Assessments for the 2013 Street and Utility <br />Improvements. <br />F. Resolution 13-023; a Resolution Accepting and Approving the Capital Project Agreement between the <br />City of St. Anthony Village and the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization. <br />(MWMO Agreement #204-12-01) <br /> <br />VII. Reports from City Manager and Council members. <br /> <br />VIII. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the podium, sign their name and address on the <br />form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk’s record, and limit their remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items <br />discussed at this time, but may typically refer the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br /> <br />IX.
